Halloween Virtual Run
Es un evento atlético virtual que consiste en correr la distancia elegida (5, 10 o 21km) en un plazo de 8 días (del 26 de octubre al 2 de noviembre ). Cada corredor elige la distancia que realizará por día (cada entrenamiento se debe registrar con una app que mida la distancia, tiempo, etc). La meta es que al finalizar los 8 días hayan registrado el total de sus kilómetros elegidos
Registro: el participante debe inscribirse y mandar por correo electrónico a vallartasobreruedas@mail.com o whatsapp al 3221721154 los siguientes datos:
• Nombre completo
• Edad
• Dirección (a donde se mandará el kit de participante)
• Número de teléfono celular
• Correo electrónico.
• En caso de ser menor de edad, una carta responsiva de padres o tutores autorizandolos a participar.
• Comprobante de pago de inscripción
Método:
Comienza el día 26 de octubre a las 5:00 am y tiene hasta el día 2 de noviembre a las 11:59 pm. Cada participante debe de tener evidencia sus carreras y mandar por día, vía correo electrónico o Whatsapp la información de su recorrido del día (número de participante, captura de pantalla de su app donde se vea claramente la fecha, distancia recorrida y tiempo). Este tipo de eventos se rigen sobre la idea de honestidad de los corredores. Quién sea sorprendido falseando información, se le dará de baja del evento.
Costo: $250 pesos por participante. Incluye Bandana conmemorativa (se envía a domicilio), medalla conmemorativa a quien cumpla con la distancia (se envía a domicilio), Número virtual de participante (se manda por e-mail formato .JPG), Certificado electrónico de participación (se manda en formato .JPG para imprimir)
Cierre de inscripciones: el día 25 de octubre a las 17:00 pm

El envío de la bandana y la medalla conmemorativa para los participantes foráneos se hará vía Mexpost, a partir del día 6 de noviembre a la dirección que hayan indicado. Para los corredores de Puerto Vallarta y Bahía de Banderas se les contactara para coordinar la entrega de los paquetes vía mensajería local.

Halloween Virtual Run
This is a virtual athletic event that involves running the distance of a half marathon (21 Km), 10Km or 5 Km over the course of 8 days (from October 26th to the 2th of November 2020). Each runner chooses the distance they will complete per day throughout the week. Every run must be registered in an app that measures time and distance. At the end of the 8 days the goal is to have 21 km, 10Km or 5 Km registered as the total of all the runs.

Minors must have a signed letter of permission from parents or legal guardians in order to participate.
Method:
The event starts on the 26th of October at 5:00 am and ends on the 2th of November at 11:59 pm. Each participant must record each run and provide daily evidence of their progress by sending their participant number and a screenshot where the distance, time and date is clearly visible via email or WhatsApp. This type of event is based on the spirit of sportsmanship and the honesty of the participants. Anyone who is found to be falsifying information will be disqualified from the event.
Cost: $250 MXN pesos per participant. The participant kit includes: Commemorative Bandana, medal (mailed to your house), a virtual bib number and an electronic certification with your official time and proof of participation in printable PDF format.
Registration closes on the 25th of October at 17:00 pm

The shipping for the commemorative bandana and medal for participants outside of Puerto Vallarta will be sent via Mexpost on the 6th of November to the address registered at sign up. For local runners in Puerto Vallarta and Bahía de Banderas you will be contacted to coordinate delivery via local messenger service.
